Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and secondhand pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

Please carefully review the measurements, photos, description, condition notes, and sizing information provided on each product page before purchasing.

Vintage and secondhand garments may naturally show signs of previous wear, including minor imperfections, fading, fabric variations, or other signs of age. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness and history of each piece and are not considered defects when disclosed in the listing.

We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, measurements, condition, or an item’s details.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that is significantly different from its listing description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
